The Italian Fencing Championships for Cadets and Youth as just ended in Jesolo, Italy. Twelve titles tri-color were handed out during the four days, during which over 800 athletes who represent the future of the Italian fencing, were battling it out in the Sports Veneto venue.
The Mangiarotti Milan team reached the final by a score of 15-7, the athlete of the Financial Police, Daniele Garozzo who, in the semifinal, had prevailed over Lorenzo Nista (Air Force) for 15-14. Phillip War, however, was defeated 15-4 by David Pegoraro Comini of Padua.
In the final event of young women’s foil, the winner was Francesca Palumbo, competing on behalf of the Air Force, after a final against Olga Rachel Calissi (Financial Police), which ended with the score 9-9.

From Saturday 22 to Sunday, October 23, 2011 in Jesolo Paese will be held the 8th edition of the Autumn Festival.
The event will include things to do for both adults and children, along the streets and squares of the historic center of Jesolo in Italy, turning the city into a large area that hosts a craft fair featuring the flavors of Autumn, including live music, an area with rides for children, food stands, shows and entertainment for everyone.

The event is organized by the Municipality of Jesolo in collaboration with the Association “Veneto a Tavola” , the Cultural Association of Learning, the Pro Loco of Jesolo.
